What you will do


As a Digital Product Area Manager, you will spearhead Digital Transformation initiatives that deliver comprehensive business value. Collaborate with DPMs, DPOs (Digital Product Owners), key stakeholders, and Business Owners to drive proactive change management and transformation. This is a hands-on role that demands active engagement in the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions, meticulous attention to project details, and a
commitment to driving measurable outcomes that align with our strategic objectives. You will also navigate the complexities of a global environment, ensuring that projects and products are developed and executed with a keen awareness of diverse cultural, market, and operational dynamics across different sales regions.

  • Leadership & Strategic Vision: Utilize your exceptional communication and leadership skills tonavigate and manage complex portfolios. Translate strategic business needs into actionablerequirements and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with local and global stakeholders. Represent our business in steering committees, both locally and globally, and guide multiplestakeholders towards achieving collective goals.
  • Business Roadmap Development: Construct a detailed Business Roadmap aligned with IT capabilities to steer the organization towards its strategic objectives.
  • Project Oversight: Lead strategic projects, offer guidance to project managers, and ensure thesuccessful execution of initiatives.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning, inalignment with our company's leadership principles and values. Encourage and appreciatefeedback, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Team Connectivity: Leverage your strong communication skills to bridge different team sacross locations and cultures, ensuring cohesion and collaboration.

Escolaridade mínima: Licenciatura Bolonha (3 anos)/ Bacharelato Completo
