Main responsibilities:

  • HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and development;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor regulations;
  • Manage administrative operations including office systems, facilities;
  • Ensure smooth office workflows by organizing administrative procedures, records, and daily support tasks;
  • Other matters related to human resources and administration

Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Superior Completo

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in both HR and administrative management;
  • Skills in HR systems, labor law compliance, strategic planning, and performance management;
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills;
  • Language requirements: Fluent English, native Portuguese speaker.
