What you will do
At Digital & IT, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. In this role, you will be hands-on in designingand developing highly scalable, robust, and maintainable automated test solutions. You will monitor feature requirements and transform the acceptance criteria offeatures into automation test scripts. You will identify key scenarios and design test cases for the regression suite. Working together with experienced testengineers, you will help create guidelines for test processes and influence process and strategy decisions with your valuable inputs.

We are the Quality Assurance Chapter, and our mission is to ensure that digital products across the company are delivered with the highest possible level of qualityto support our business goals.
Our team consists of around 25 dedicated Quality Engineers based in Brazil, each bringing unique skills and perspectives. We work on a diverse range of productsspanning various areas of the company, including vehicle diagnostics, finance, control, production, purchase, sales, and connected services. Our team memberscollaborate with colleagues from different countries, such as Sweden, Poland, the USA, and Peru. Despite working on separate products, we continuously findways to support each other, sharing knowledge and experiences to enhance our collective expertise.

You’ve got solid skills in software development and are proficient in at least one programming language like Javascript, Java, Python, or C#. Writing clean, maintainable code is second nature to you.
You know your way around software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, and have hands-on experience withautomated testing frameworks and tools like Robot Framework, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent.
You’re great at identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems, and you think both critically and creatively to find effective solutions. You have a keen eye fordetail and understand the importance of thorough testing, always committed to delivering high-quality software.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field. You have experience with microservices and API testing, and you’recomfortable using Git or an equivalent code manager. You have a working knowledge of CI/CD processes and know how to integrate tests into pipelines.Additionally, you’re familiar with test repositories like Azure DevOps, ALM, or equivalent tools.
It’s a bonus if you have experience with performance testing and security testing. If you’ve worked in the diagnostics domain for vehicles, that’s a big plus too.
