Opportunity description:
She/he will be the “focus point” for
Volvo Connect platform
, anchoring the market needs with HQ and the local development organization, securing theboost of Volvo Connect solution within the region.
Work with projects management asset to develop the Connected Services and improve customer experience in cooperation with the Global and Localservice development network team.
Based on the
Services Roadmap plan
, is responsible to align scope, define requirements and the expected business results, anchoring the needs withinthe commercial organization, dealers, market companies, dealer´s development area, marketing and others related areas.
Responsible to follow the connected services revenue and estimate the long-term plan results.
Manage, implement, and analyze the usage of relevant connectivity data, systems, tools to drive the services RoadMap.
Recommended Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s in engineering, IT, Business Administration
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project Management skills and experience with project team coordination.
Experience with data analysis and preparation, including experience with BI (Business Intelligence)
Experience with “Service designing” methods.
Experience in communicating analytics insights in a clear & efficient way both verbally, in written text and ppt presentations
Substantial logical problem-solving skills using data driven methods
Experience in agile software processes, data-driven development.
Desirable product and application knowledge in combination with customer services on the “logistics ecosystem”, contract data and telematics dataknowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
