Summary:

The Network Security and Data Center Implementation Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless daily operations of the MAHLE infrastructure. Key responsibilities include monitoring the global network infrastructure, promptly addressing issues, and implementing effective troubleshooting and resolution strategies as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the global Datacenter Network team administration DC networks at international MAHLE Hub sites.
• Manage Network infrastructure related to switching and routing associated to a datacenter infrastructure.
• Install, Configure and support multiple networks components utilizing Cisco Technology using Nexus and ACI in a multi-site topology.
• Manage security infrastructure related to firewall, WAF, VPN, DMZ, Internet access and proxy infrastructure,
• Potential frequent travel.
• Create and maintain procedures related to Datacenter and Network Activities
• Interact and collaboration with international DC and network team to ensure that operations are coordinated, supported and maintained.
• Collaboration with Server operation teams to support IMACD of server devices.
• Cooperation with other teams for implementing IT solution
• Provides top level support for other IT Team Members.
• Employees must accept to work on a global on call duty team for DC network.

Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Superior Completo

Requirements 

• Experience with networks LAN/WAN and Cisco DC network and LAN solutions.
• Configuration, managing Cisco routers, Nexus and Cisco ACI.
• Automation skills (Ansible, Python, AWX) will be an asset
• Practice knowledge of configuration and managing Firewalls and load balancer (Fortinet and F5) will be an asset.
• Practice knowledge of configuration and management of Fortinet FW´s, Forti Web, Forti analyzer, Cisco FW´s (ASA, Firepower), Cisco ISE and VPN RAS (AnyConnect), VPN L2L, Cisco FMC management tool infrastructure will be an asset
• Manage security infrastructure related to firewall, WAF, VPN, DMZ, Internet access and proxy infrastructure
• Practice knowledge of Cisco ISE implementation and operation (NAC/SGT/Policies/Profiling)
• Good knowledge of networks protocols TCP/IP, network services and knowledge about network architectures
• Good knowledge of routing protocols OSPF and BGP.
• Cisco (Data Center) and Infrastructure certification would be preferred, knowledge on physical and virtual server infrastructure will be an asset.
• ITIL certification and knowledge about DHCP, DNS, IPAM and monitoring tools like PRTG will be an asset
• Open to work in a global team, to take over responsibility for DC infrastructure in all regions. Work strong together with other team members.

• BMC Remedy and project management experience is beneficial
