We are assisting a multinational GameTech company that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in São Paulo, SP.
You will join the biggest sub-team of our People department, responsible for sustaining the company’s expansion and headcount growth by servicing our recruiting needs internationally.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for product & data positions, including Product managers, UX/UI designers, Data Scientists /Machine Learning Engineers and other roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication).
- Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives, such as employer branding campaigns and recruitment process improvements.
