We are assisting a multinational GameTech company that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in São Paulo, SP.

 

You will join the biggest sub-team of our People department, responsible for sustaining the company’s expansion and headcount growth by servicing our recruiting needs internationally.

 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for product & data positions, including Product managers, UX/UI designers, Data Scientists /Machine Learning Engineers and other roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication).
  • Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives, such as employer branding campaigns and recruitment process improvements.

 

Escolaridad mínima: Profesional Completo

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting technical and product roles within the technology industry.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
