Main responsibilities：
- HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and development;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor regulations;
- Manage administrative operations including office systems, facilities;
- Ensure smooth office workflows by organizing administrative procedures, records, and daily support tasks;
- Other matters related to human resources and administration
Escolaridad mínima: Profesional Completo
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in both HR and administrative management;
- Skills in HR systems, labor law compliance, strategic planning, and performance management;
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills;
- Language requirements: Fluent English, native Portuguese speaker.
