Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Training specialist with substantial experience in digital and in-person training to join our team. In this role, you will take on the critical responsibility of creating and delivering training materials, building relevant training frameworks, and producing a wide range of training resources, which may include interviews, videos, and virtual lessons to effectively transfer knowledge.
An essential component to this role is implementing assessment and evaluation methodologies to gauge the effectiveness of training programs. You will use data-driven insights to make necessary improvements, ensuring our training initiative continuously evolves and remain aligned with our organizational and project goals.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in hybrid training, content creation, and delivery. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and proficiency in assessing training program effectiveness and the ability to make data-driven improvements are important qualities that will contribute to the success of this role.
