SUMMARY

The Process Mining Specialist role involves tasks such as implementing Celonis solutions, analyzing processes and data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to drive process efficiencies using Celonis technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES | Developer Tasks

Look for opportunities to help business teams get more out of Celonis by being inquisitive and suggesting innovative ideas.
Knowledge Models, Views, Analysis Creation, PQL
Perform data transformations, develop analyses, and derive business cases.
Experience with Object-Centric Process Mining, Data Model development, App development, Automation in Celonis
Knowledge of real-time business cases in Process Mining. Possesses knowledge over the Process Query Language (PQL) to build front end components to meet the requirements set by the business and create KPIs.
Strong understanding of SQL. The ability to create SQL scripts (customized) that transform, create, and capture necessary fields from the source systems to accurately map out processes.
Ability to perform the appropriate data modelling (relationship between the data that needs to be established for Celonis process modelling)
Should have sound knowledge in Action Flows and Skills.
Ability to perform validation over back end and front-end findings in Celonis.

Main activities

Installation-Full cloud / hybrid setting/on-premises setup.
Manage User Roles to create Projects, within those create and edit Skills as well as Routing Rules, and give permissions to others to also edit Skills within created Projects.
Strong experience in Celonis Authorization concept and Data export.
Provides ongoing support for any data-related issues.
Supports business stakeholders to uncover process inefficiencies and understand root causes.
Supports business users with any ad hoc queries on Celonis solutions.

Requirements

Min Education: Bachelor Finished

Requirements

Technical proficiency in backend technical architecture using Celonis.
Proficiency with SQL, PQL, Celonis analyses development and SAP
Strong experience with Celonis value saving projects within a complex, global environment.
Certifications: Celonis data analyst and data engineer certification, or equivalent experience
Ability to demo and present results to business stakeholders.
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their potential applications in process mining.
Proven critical thinking skills, business acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
